our Mississippi in winter
Mississippi is one of those common names used for rivers, and here where I live, our Mississippi is a fair river than runs many lakes and would take days to canoe from its headwaters in Eastern Ontario into the Ottawa River. If you did canoe it, you would have to portage around rapids, falls and dams to.
Anyway, it is winter, and we use to live to the right (on the island, behind the trees and above the falls you cannot see).
And though the season is closed, it is where I fish for fun (smallmouth bass) after work.
